1. Mailroom

The physical office space Keep.ph.

2. Mailbox

The mailbox for customers located in the Keep.ph Mailroom.

3. Letter Mail

Mail with the dimensions defined below, referencing the withdrawn ISO 269:1985 standard:

• C4: 229 mm x 324 mm (9.0 in x 12.8 in). Fits an A4 sheet unfolded.
• C5: 162 mm x 229 mm (6.4 in x 9.0 in). Fits an A4 sheet folded in half, or an A5 sheet unfolded.
• C6: 114 mm x 162 mm (4.5 in x 6.4 in). Fits an A4 sheet folded twice, or an A5 sheet folded once, or an A6 sheet unfolded.
• DL: 110 mm x 220 mm (4.33 in x 8.66 in). Fits an A4 sheet folded into thirds, or an A5 sheet folded in half.

4. Parcel Mail, Package Mail

Any mail that does not fit the dimensions defined in "Letter Mail".
